There are quite a few things: 1. The senior management is terrible 2. They have no idea what planning is 3. They would pump up resources and money for 1 project and suddenly will come and say it's scraped 4. Lack of industry knowledge 5. Dearth of expertise ..... Many more

I had some good set of people to work with. Another rare good thing was they pay if they ask people to work on off days.

Dislikes

The management and leadership specially in India is more the one's who do not take responsibility. Also I personally didn't saw technical in-depth and decision making in leadership about the product. No work from home option is another thing that I personally didn't like.

It has a beautiful work culture and amazing work life balance . It has many skilled professionals from who you get to learn a lot . Management , especially Testing team is very good . Lots of tax saving benefits and fun activities every month end . Team lunch , team outing it happens every now and then ...You get lots of holidays . It was fun to work under a able lead , majestic and dynamic manager

Dislikes

Car parking issue , lift was bit slow and what else nothing !!!
