Honestly, there was nothing good in the company that could be written here.

...gement exacerbated these issues, as it felt like our concerns fell on deaf ears. On top of this, late salary disbursements added financial stress to the mix. Manager displayed striking level of ego, making open communication a challenge. Additionally, the strict work hours and no flexibility hindered any semblance of work life balance. Altogether, my experience at Intozi was far from positive and I would caution others considering employment there.

... and concerns of employees, making it a challenge to address issues effectively. Late salary payments were a recurring problem, causing financial stress for many of the employees. The prevalence of favoritism and the practice of sycophantic behaviour made the work environment even more disheartening. There was no work life balance and even on national holidays we used to work which left us with no personal time. I would advise whosoever is even thinking to join this company, DON'T and should take a step back in their thoughts and go anywhere but here.
