Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joined.

THEIR EMPLOYEES AND SENIOR'S IN OUR DEPARTMENT ARE VERY WELL NOT EDUCATED BUT HUMBLE AND KIND.....

VERY POOR COMPANY CULTURE, THERE IS NO WORK SATISFACTION TO THE EMPLOYEE, THERE IS NO JOB JOB SECURITY AS WELL AS NO PROMOTIONS AND APPRAISAL TO ANY ONE, AND IF YOU THOUGHT TO GP THEIR AS AN INTERN OR TRAINEE I DON'T RECOMMEND THAT COMPANY AT ALL BECOZ THEY FIRST TOLD YOU THAT THEY WILL FURTHER GIVE YOU EXPERIENCE LETTER BUT AFTER YOUR WORK COMPLETION THEY WERE JUST START DEFERRING YOU AND MAKING UNREALISTIC EXCUSES.......
