The culture is great! The HR department and the CHRO take initiatives to improve processes and policies. Many wonderful improvements in the last 2 years in those lines.

...roject is finished then God may have mercy on your job. 5. Zero job security. 6. Appraisal hike is like nothing, you can hardly see 0k-5k addition in monthly salary. 7. This should be your last option to join, and read all documents carefully before joining. 8. If you are joining then ask for 50%-100% hike because you will not get any appraisal later on.

...y taking work out of their employees. No appraisal or even appreciation of work. there is no name of bonus at all. The team lead and managers were from same state so they took benefit from others by only giving work to others and not doing anything themselves. Very poor work environment.
