...y they recruit only un-skilled employees whoever ready to pay money immediately. If the employees not getting business like fixed deposits, recurring deposit they will not provide salary to them. If any one ask a question to the management - they will immediately terminate without any prior notice. If the terminated employees ask their deposit money to the management - simply they said we dont give your money and do whatever as your wish - We are ready to face the consequenses. Most of the employees and customer struggling to get back their deposited money. (Note : Till now they didn't get approval from RBI for collecting deposit from the public. Even though they didn't get financial company license also. They only get Incorporation cerrificate & CIN and GST number). Dont trust them. I think - My review is more useful to the job searchers and freshers. If you more money and then just need a banking job and ready to work without monthly salary means just go and join in that group. ( in future you just say Like this : Im a banking employee i'm working with group) that's it. Please guys beware of fruadlents.
