Nothing useless management , ages old salary review cycle. They want u to work on age old technology n keep upgrading to nieche tech side by side. End result is people who work for project are left at bottom and people who fool them by not working on project they clear external certis and leave this company. So management is ignoring and not able to recognise this pattern and going on with it.

Dislikes

Ages old sal review cycle. Inability or ignorance of management to identify who is working and doing the work in project for company and who is just working only on their development n then leaving the company with hefty packages. If they plan to give 2% hikes only u can imagine the sincerity one can show in work for them. Time to wake up and not value only those who look to jump every other year.

Likes

Good infrastructure and opportunity to work on large scale projects. The work culture largely depends on the manager, in my experience, it was excellent, all my team members were very helpfull.

Dislikes

Considering the industry standards, salary provided is too low. Employees cannot choose to work in their desired tech. Senior management is quite good at ignoring its employees efforts.

Likes

You'll never be dropped unless you are in bench, also there is not much stress or pressure from anyone, but this depends on the project/client. I'm still working in Hybrid mode, I prefer remote but 10 days of office per month is not bad though.

Dislikes

Rating and appraisal is just for name sake, you'll continue to get the same salary for years until you get promoted. Infosys doesn't care about employees much. Even if you are applying papers, no body will come and ask you why and try to match the offer to not to let you go. Instead they'll just tell good luck and that's it. If you are rich and just need a job for pocket money, Infosys is the best.

Work culture and policies. Good work life balance, if you are in a good project.

Dislikes

No hikes for the past several years, less pay in performance bonus. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.

Good Brand Name Nice Campus Canteens ECC Onsite opportunity, when you leave to retain

Dislikes

...ng twice. Won't do to Juniors who rejects N number of projects, And roam freely. Variable Pay Low salary and still charges Parking charge, as if we are going to any mall to watch movie. Not seen this in any organisation.
