They pay 30-50% of what you deserve. If you join as a fresher, you will be given peanuts as an increment on your confirmation i.e. 1 year after you finish your training. After that forget about compensation revisions till you become an SSE. Even then you will become eligible for hikes, but you don't know if you will get a hike or not. Notice period is 3 months and they don't even negotiate it. You might be on bench and still they are ready to pay you for doing no work instead of letting you go early.

Early 4 percentage hile in basic pay on take home salary, at least inflation percentage must be given. If you are promoted then 10-15 percentage that is also when you are in low salary. When you came as experienced for some good package you will be promoted but without hike.

The Campus are really good. The cleaning and hygiene is good. Programms arranged for betterment of employee are good. The employees are generally good

Salary for the freshers is very very low . Approvals for software is very very tiring. Neglecting system's engineer and senior systems Engineer
