salary structure , promotion and increament culture if you work with indusind salary growth is 2% in a year ie. if you join on 10000/- salary after 10 year you will reach 15-17 thousand while your grade will increase as CM,AVP,AVP1 also after leave the job if you want to join other bank you are unable to give proper reason why your salary is low

Need not mention about the salary part coz you won't get much to talk about ....here salary decreases (which already is the worst paid to discuss for) with increase in Your grade or work class.
