My colleagues are supportive to me. They guided me a lot.

Dislikes

They are less supportive during Covid-19 pendemic. They cut down our salary but thats not the issue. They did not provide us on time that the issue. During this period government suggest to open the offices with 10 to 20% staff, but our office works with 100% capacity. Many of the employs will not able to arrange their transport. Even after that management forced us to come with any cost, otherwise they cut our salary for absent day. They have arranged two vehicle but for limited staff. they lay off some people without giving any notice or reason.

Company is very good. I worked there for 5.5 years as a Project Coordinator and I express my immense satisfaction with a healthy working environment under effective leadership and motivation.Managing Director is also a great leader and supportive to their subordinates. Overall I liked the company.

Its very good for learing and give good experience in power tramsformer feild upto 400 kv job .working is much good and free minded also well support from senoirs stafs.
