Good management,nice experience,great opportunity of taking part of one of the employee in ig3, company paying salary punctually,yearly increment, festival bonus,overall great experience to work here

Over time allowance not paying, employee insurance not available, promoting of employees to higher level taking longer time

The Company has managed by inexperience girl and staff doesn't follow any good culture and style. The environment of company is not satisfied. There is one man power management. Every staff always work under fearing and pressure for loss of job.

Likes

They are not at all supporting .Inspire of receiving hefty payments from their tenants who are known for their business ethics,these people (IG3INFRA management) retrenched many of their core senior employees without having any business statesmanship. This company ought to be taught a good lesson by the concerned statutory authorities.(Like there is a forum in Karnataka to protect the interest of the IT and ITES employees.)
