...ics and the management doesn't address your issues and appreciate your idea's. Salary also too low and there are not provide the salary on-time. Increment is too bad. If anyone of the senior person resign the job then only you will get the salary hike at the lowest percent. There is a bond of 2 years, you can't resign the job within 2 years, if you resign the job within 2 years there not giving the experience certificate. On the job training is not given to new joiners, and there is no time limit for working hours. I was worked more than 18 hrs per day continuously at the site and next day also came to work in site....

This is Startup company so lot of this we learn. Good environment.solidworks software using in this company.lot of responsibility.

No compensation.work pressure is high.client calling Sunday and late into the night.no proper guidelines .short time projects.lots and lots of responsibility.

The suggestion from ambition box is not to defame people because it's constructive feedback but I personally worked here and I know a lot more than a ambition box does... Because they are not fit to run a company or they cannot carry out people what they have already done.

No much work but have to travel a lot to many industries.

Income scale is very low and never grows until a year turn up. There is no opportunity of self learning as a fresher. No constructive work culture.
