Dislikes

They can't sanction the leaves in tough times and company was not at all fair.. They took the freshers for their work, assign lot of works in a day and provide less salary to the employees.. Now the office was closed and the HR was not available.

Likes

The company is open to update latest features in sharepoint different versions. I love the fact that i am a part of team in developing the sharepoint sites for US government. In this we get changes to travel on board depend on project . my colleagues come from various backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high from starting of the project and the dead lines are closely. In the project mid the functionality is changing due to lack of knowledge of client. also, there is job training for freshers, but not fully so senior folks have to guide step by step is painful process.
