I feel compensation is little bit low than i deserve..also the infrastructure of the office can be improved especially in the area where I work.

...at place to work for. Both personal and professional space is respected equally. Ample career growth opportunity but the salary bit on lower side as compared to industry standard. Focused on developing learning skills at regular interval which benefits the employee both professionally and personally. U can expect back support feom peers and collegue both personally and professionally. Always given a good working environment to work. Fair appraisal process and lots more.

It depends on the team you work for and mainly the manager who you are reporting to. I am having a bad experience only because of the manager as she is micro managing and unnecessarily shouts at things that has 0 value addition to the tasks. Nothing major to learn in the profile, it's mostly ppt and excel work.

Job security is there and salary credited timely

Dislikes

No work life balance daily targets of various banking products sometimes branch manager make employees to sit late in the branch, no skill development at all. Banking industry is worst to start your career.
