Organization don't bother to ask you about role change without doing salary increment and not doing promotion so won't like to recommend anyone to join ICICI Bank i really very much upset with their behaviour if you don't follow their instructions they will put you in such situations you will be forced to resign .

There's what not to dislike about this organization. We were given 3 months training not to develop skills just to learn how to earn revenue for the bank and I never felt like I am working for a bank I felt like I went back to school where unit managers are just like a principal who keeps on pressuring the TLs and then they do the same with us. It's not about just sales you need to have proper monthly scorings (NPS), no SMEs and ofcourse need to complete your sales target asap before the month ends else you will be compared with other team members or demotivated. They don't bother about anything just sales. No holidays even on national or state holidays. And rotational off is the worst part you even have to work on Sundays. Even if you ever wanted to take a leave approval you have to notify 1 month before if there's availability then you will be granted the leave (PL) if you wanted to take a UPL for 3-4 days if your leaves are not approved they won't let you take, they will keep on calling you day and night to provide valid reasons for the leave. Really it was the worst ever decision of my life that I accepted the offer of this bank. I just can't wait to get out of this mess.

Job security is one of the best thing about icici phone banking. We get timely salaries, bonus, and medical claims.

Phone banking is one of the worst job where in name of cross sales they ask us to do pure sales with lots of target that too with one month of training where we are trained basically regarding service and not sales.

You can learn a lot just by yourself only there is a huge scope of multi dimensional fields of products. Salary gets credited on time.

...eople and politics is in the whole system. No person in the company is a leader. Salary structure is terrible they pay less salary according to work no growth in the future no promotion. No HR intervention. HR policies are very bad they just favour girls. They deliberately give remote locations to the employee so that they should suffer and after continuous follow up with HR can't do anything as you can't be given you home location as per company policy. No travel allowance no incentives. This company was better when it was in the hand of a great lady. 🙏👍
