It could be because of the COVID situation and work from home situation, workload is too much and sadly I haven't had job satisfaction working here.

Career growth is very slow, no salary hike, there is no satisfactory solutions to the issues. Learning is very limited in admin roles. There is nothing such as work life balance. Too much micro management.

After receiving H1B they never approved my travel and you are forced to stay there for less salary. Don't take joining bonus, get maximum take home salary before joining. In percentage you will receive like 8-10 percent hike but in 3 years you will be less paid and have less knowledge as you work for some client.

you will get stucked in leaning loop to learn their own tech stech which are not that famous in market, stop thinking about leaning new skillset while working you will drop the knowledge of your existing skillset you carry,

...en you attain certain exp and post. In Concentrix skill development is best . When compare with both companies you get both things salary and skill development at same time.

No HR aligned to project so for some employees it’s disadvantage as you have to sort all your problem with people manager. But for me things are perfectly fine ..

L&D team is good to conduct multiple trainings. They have certification program which can be utilised to upskill and get certified.

Dislikes

Salary hike is below industry standard. Promotion depends on the visibility of the project.
