Slow or no career growth, no subjective learnings, Issues in fair appraisal/ Promotion, politics as usual, dual management ie Indian &Korean, Average Salary, low or non-standardisation of policies, too many control

Good Comapany for freshers,salary on time but slow increment ,cab facility, 5 cvl.

Dislikes

No carrer growth, avg salary hike, poor HR, school timing 7:20 AM , not a pure 5 days working (Last Sat. Working), weekend homework,poor IT infra, korean not behaving well some, rude behavior is normal, 4% - 5% avg attrition. Senseless PPTs, reviews, meetings. Late sitting is pride for this company. HR/Finance not able to pay phone bills 100% they will check ur personal calls and internet usages details.

Company is good considering benefits and pay with good job security. Work may be repetitive, old school and without much learning as you proceed further in your career. Depends on the field of work you choose.

Company needs to improve upon work life balance aspect of employee's. Employees career growth must be improved.

...yee facilities like food and transportation are average factors of satisfaction. Salary hikes are meeting industry average.

My opinion is new GET's shouldn't prefer this company. Appraisals and Promotions are truely based on Favoritism. No work culture and strictly no work life balance. There is no freedom of speech in many divisions, if any employee does so will be moved to other divisions and surely top management show their power only in appraisals. Top management in all divisions are well barbecued in Politics ditch. Top management never attempt to take any improvements. Good trainings are meant only for Senior management. Human resources management never care about good employees leaving the organisation. Please anyone do not prefer this company...
