a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

It's a toxic work place. There is nothing good to say about anything or anyone

Dislikes

Late salary Never got full salary, always deducted for some reason. No real work to do, nothing to learn. TV serial type drama everyday. Zero work life balance. No promotions No Job security, can be terminated anytime. Unneccassary stress

There is a shop nearby for snacks and it's very close to a big shopping mall

Dislikes

...s properly. At least close all connection and get one connection, a stable. one. Need to beg for salary, never get on time. No work life balance. No work satisfaction. Gives me anxiety all the time. This will always be the biggest regret of my life

*I like the big amount of Salary which I get by bossing around, throwing tantrums on staff members. Playing victim card in every situation.* **Life is good here.**

Dislikes

Employees here demand basic facilities like tea and coffee, how rude. They even demand expensive chairs, can't they work on basic plastic chairs?Employees don't listen to me. They ignore me, don't pay me any attention. I got a few of them terminated because of this.
