During covid-19 lockdown, Hira Technologies initially deducted salary by 10 to 30%. From July 2020, though all staff members attending the factory work with 100% strength & though company monthly sale is increased comparing to earlier period of covid 19 lockdown, Even that also management, deducted salary upto 50%. Many staff members are terminated by giving false reasons. This termination process is still continues even employee taken leave due due illness. Management not at all taking care of employees.

Company is good. But due to strange type of management work culture is very bad.

No any type of training, career growth not at all, salary/appraisal having no any relations with work load & job-responsibilities. no one can make work-life balance in Hira Technologies

There are many things, but some of the points is as follows:- 1) Good Working Environment. 2) Working culture is great. 3) Job security. 4) Gain of knowledge. 5) Flexible Time. 6) Professional attitude. 7) Growth of company along employees.

Dislikes

I did not enjoy the repetitive task, but I realized that they are unavoidable, so I made a system were I broke up the work,so that I could focus on exciting work, and still get al the work done by end of the day.
