Groupism, Very high level of politics everywhere in work, delayed promotion, discrimination, mental torture, harassment. Hardworkers and meritous people are harassed. Those who are masters of politics they get promoted very fast and make life hell for you. Lots of unwritten rules and red tapesism. There is huge stay back after office hours. You are expected to work for 24 hrs even on festivals. Worse company to work for. All of my batchmates have resigned.

Manager behavior - Terrible, I even saw some of them just yelling at contract workers and showing no respect for them 3. Work-life balance - Way poorer, had to work 16-18 hours sometime because of rail loading/unloading
