Overall is average but on salary basis it is so poorly and I am very disappointed about this. Company is growing day by day but company is not thinking about employees.They didn't grow salary of employees which important to us because we have our family also. They hardly think on growing salary of employees YOY.

I liked nothing in Healthkart. Because there is nothing to like.

1. Zero Job security - Whenever they want they say good bye to you. There is no as such policy for after lay off pay. They lay off people very easily without any genuine reason. 2. Slow HR working & zero trainings 3. Organisation structure changes every 2 months 4. Please think twice before joining this startup 5. Founder doesn't have potential to take risk & grow in market.

Dead slow growth, partiality, office politics, no training or grooming, no skill development, less than industry standard avg increment, no meaning of designations

Dislikes

Work culture is absolute garbage and there's no work life balance. Would highly recommend not joining the supply chain management team. Work environment is highly toxic. Management believes in stick and carrot policy approach but there's no carrot just the stick. That's the catch.

If you keep your mouth shut, if everything goes wrong, u need to shut your mouth ur job is secure if u say anything for right things that u will be fired
