There's no postive in HCL technology organisation.

...s no other organisations worst as like this organization and without telling to freshers there are making to pay 10000 from freshers and telling those money are completely refundable and there are even interactive after taking 10000 money worst worst worst worst worst than any other companies in world.....

...urity is there also. Provide facilities to WFH and other medical emergencies. But the employee salary hike is very poor.

...l of a person working at HCL. Appraisal cycles are always delayed and postponed. Moreover they also deduct your salary on name on EPB monthly even after you got 9/10 rating.

No Salary hikes, no promotions, no value for the head wor, appraisal process is worst process I feel like it is a scam to escape hikes. Salary will not at all depends on rating, no use if you get Distinction performance or Exceptional performance, no good projects, no growth, even freshers will get good salary than experienced, difference college people get different hikes for freshers if you are coming from top colleges you will get good salary when you join as freshers

I like the IT environment since I am from Mechanical Engineering background.

...y members, caste, favouritism for Managers, Business Department Unit heads, etc. No regulated salary packages. example: new Joinee (either IT or Non-IT) receives more than 5-7LPA, but experienced person (Non-IT) receives less than 7 LPA even the employee was loyal to the team & organisation.
