If you make any error then they will give you multiple chances.They will not going you immediately fire.

Very low Appraisal, suppose you have Rs.15k/mnth in hand salary and you will get yearly appraisal like Rs.200 or Rs.500.

The salary and appraisal it has been 1 year and 6 months and I have not got a single appraisal. The manager asks to do multiple work when needed and there is no respect and no salary as well.
