Culture is good. Work life balance is good most of the times. Salary and variable bonus on time. 2 times hike in a year.

After Deloitte acquisition project are not good. Less work satisfaction. Less Learning, but all depends on what project you are working.

Flexibility in choosing projects. Work Life Balance is there except for the HU time. Good Perks & Bonus. Good Learning resources available. Good Semi-annual increments. Latest Tech Stacks. Limited free meal & Unlimited free snacks.

Dislikes

Just another it services company after Deloitte acquisition have lost its metal. Hiring process is a bit rigorous compared to other IT Services companies out there and thus a better pay master. Not a great place for backend engineers. You can be jack of all tech stacks here but master of none. The HU program is a joke need a lot of improvements starting from the trainers itself yes they are good engineers but that doesn't mean they are good trainers.

...team, it varies from very chill projects to very hard/time consuming projects. Compensation- 6 month appraisal is good but still not upto mark with industry these days

Low compensation/WLB for work and skills they require for their accounts.

Salary and appraisal is good. Company goves emphasis on skill development and provides training for same.

Dislikes

After acquisition company culture is very much impacted. They glorify late working culture. No work life balance. Most of the project are support project given by deloitte.
