V r expected to work 12 hours without OT pay, n just no or small freebies or gifts on festival (instead v r made to work extra) saying it's hospitality sector. No management no one here is responsible SO ASM RSM they just look after there number done are not that's it they don't want to know about the market up and down they don't care about the company norms and distributors stock norms no respect for down line executive no job security they terminate without valid reason

All the out late managers are not fully trained and there way of talking to there employs also not good , they always assume that I am right every time and he or she is always wrong the manager eat without any permission and say no one can eat food from pantry even the salary will also not pay at time to time they pay 2-3 month salary at a time . even there software also not working properly there thump and there bio matric machine is also not work properly and the no one can complain to our head of the department.
