No any facility, no motivation and no basic needs provided moreover delayed salary. On top of it deduction in salary for silly reason, need to fight to get our basic rights.

Working as a Concierge Executive at HM Constructions has been an excellent and rewarding experience. I am the first point of contact for all the residents living in our super luxury project and am responsible to ensure that all the residents have a comfortable and safe place. The company culture, processes and the support team promotes excellent customer service., The regular meetings with various leadership team members, allows us to share our inputs which are implemented if they are good. Extremely happy to be part of a great team!

I have no complaints. The role is structured well, and the team works efficiently to ensure tasks are completed smoothly. It’s a great place to build customer service expertise.
