Preferred only to those people who is puppet from the hand of management or close to them. Performance is not a criteria for Appraisal or Promotion. Job Security - Nothing - Whether you are at executive level, or any other level, you can be fired any time. Skill Development & work Satisfaction - Whatever you had learned earlier is going to be nullify here and you will unlearn everything. Means, No skill development. Negative work satisfaction. Company Culture - Too political and threatening. HR is too weak in the company, hence any complaint against anything will not be considered. Management and BU Leaders keep threatening employees.

...e and fire. Not a single leader is visionary. Their only focus is cost cutting. No salary increments or promotions. Terrible work culture. HR non-existent. AVOID at all costs. This is a place where great ideas are rejected and only low-end mediocre work as part of BAU is done. Suggestions are not valued or respected.

Hire and fire policy, as there is no strategy in the organization. The decade-old management of this firm focused on reducing costs and managing business as usual. The CEO of this organisation is enthusiastic but has no visibility or involvement in operations or management to see the reality on the ground and its challenges. The new ideas and suggestions were not considered. Leaders embrace favoritism; only people with no ambition can work in this organization to stay grounded. Strictly avoid joining this organization and look for other firms who embrace growth mindset and are strategy/mission driven.

Everything else is dislike. This place is a career killer AVOID at all costs. NO VISION at all, management is blind, deaf and dumb. CULTURE is of VULTURES, feed on carcass of employees whose careers are dead. One need to graduate in politics and undergo internship here to become career politicians and try to survive. Even then you might be sacked anytime if CEO or his friends don't like your face one day.
