Gufic pharma is good for retirement. Salary is in average. Salary increment given at every year. Company's culture is also good so this is good for retirement

Very less salary package , Incentive is very good on paper ,but very bad on ground level , very less increment below 5 % on 100+ anual target meet ,below 100% achievement there is no increment, on doctor level false commitment HQ LEVEL
