Work culture and timings are worse. No proper incentives structure. Company doesn't even pay reimbursements on time let alone incentives. Politics is at it's peak here

...nagement is transparent..there is a huge cafeteria & gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salery hike and bonus every year.

On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...ostly while monitoring the reportee like a prisoner.Culture is toxic at present.Salary is variable which you never get as most of the projects have issues.Experienced people please stay away

...es with its brand value which is created after years of Hardwork and dedication. Friendly employee policy, timely salary and benefits. Inclusivity, diversity no one can match it. In the real sense one of the best company to work for lifetime if you get a good boss. ( Bosses/Managers) Are the real culprits when someone reviews a company negatively.

To be specific no dislikes for company but it should evaluate whether the management is holding the values Godrej thrives for. Need to keep a tap on the management so that it does not create there own policy diverting company's legacy. When manager starts dominating and company leave everything at them in name of decentralisation then the real mishap happens.
