You are lucky if you get your salary once in 60 days, but in case you are very lucky, you will get it once in 50 days, and in case you are the most favourite, you will have to beg for your own HARD EARNED MONEY, to the extent where you will be okay not getting a salary. 4. Resignations- As an employee, I have personally spent the most on FAREWELL GIFTS, every month an employee is leaving the company, looking forward to having a sane and mentally healthy life, and meaningful career growth. 5. Leadership - The Leadership team, will barely understand the pain, because they have their partners/ spouses and family members fending for them, hence they don't understand the meaning and pain of not having to receive a month's salary on time.

I have 8 years experience working with GoCoop and every year i had a great learning experience and got to learn different skills. In startup we can learn multiple skills. I have travelled almost all states of India met different people with different languages. Really a great place to work.

No.... not at all the all are good and very interested about work and coordination is the main part of the company.
