...ing same task. They will only listen to clients and work as a contractor/vendor. No new project, no appreciation, no appraisal, no salary revision. They are struggling with internal politics so employees has to survive and will lose enthusiasm of doing work.

...tomer satisfaction - Company conducts survey to see how the employees are doing. If you give negative reviews, instead of reaching out to you to find out why they instead go to your managers, who in turn makes up some excuses, rendering the whole process useless - Company has also moved the snacks timing to 6PM in the evening in the name of cost cutting

...e risky. 5. No time to time apprisals. They give apprisals in 2 installments 6. They hire anyone with any salary and internal employees who are billable throughout the year don't get what they deserve.

Globant is a great company to work with lots of perks and benefits. Salary will be according to market standards.

Dislikes

For some clients the work life balance is almost nowhere to be seen. You will be working for 12-13 hrs a day and sometimes on weekends also.

...ut you on PIP and give unrealistic target which you can’t even achieve in 1year. We Indians they hire us on less package and they play with our carer. Please I request don’t join this company. Globant is really bad company with bad people and all the Spain people will ruin your life.
