Over all company is good but facility is very less.

Less salary,no opertunity for learning and site visit and site allowance is very Less,no transportation by company for works hop and facility for engineer tea and a.c. room.

work is not always available, b4 i signed their contract they promised me work 5 months in a year but when i started working i only get 3 months in a year every year

Throwing Multiple Work at one Person Less Manpower No proper Increment No Proper Process, No SOP in any work Management Should look into it rather than expecting high from employee.

Fugro Geotech is good for the work culture, Company facilities provided ( insurance, transport, canteen), various initiatives by HR to engage employees and learning/ trainings.

Dislikes

Higher Management favourism is seen and specific people get promoted, yearly increments are poor, you have to work on Saturdays also even if it's weekly off depends on work load. No internet reimbursement for WFH, Policies for Fugro Geotech and Fugro Survey are different. Please prefer Fugro Survey.

One who does his work gets more task from superiors. The one who is idle is idle. Noone bothers to give the idle work so that it can reduce the burden of the other. By this the one who works suffers and the other enjoys by watching videos etc. Just my finding may be this does not apply every fugro offices.
