... management. 2)If new project comes then they sideline the ongoing projects. 3)No appraisal on time and variable even after completing one year they don’t pay. 4)No proper training given. They expect everything should be known before even trading is given. 5) No exposure given

...n 2-3 years with the company are well rewarded and given lots of opportunities If you stay more than 5 years - you will be a leader with the best salary - higher than the industry Since SAP Treasury is a niche and high-demand area, there are lots of opportunities from a long-term/career perspective

Since Treasury is a complex subject matter, sometimes the consultants have to stretch to understand the customer requirements properly and deliver on the project Knowledge sharing and mentoring from seniors can be improved
