...ise projects. Learning lot working with some of the best managers, architects. Salary hike every six months, great health benefits, company culture is very collaborative and one can discuss problems with anyone, anytime. Highly satisfied with a great growth. its fun to work here and I do enjoy parties with my friends in the company.

1) Salary on time. 2) Free dinner if working from morning till midnight.

1) Trible work-life balance, you are expected to work for around 12-13 hours daily and if it's release then be prepared for work for more than 16 hours, so join if you are customed to slavery. 2) Office culture is literally toxic. Bullying is normalized and if you are on receiving end you will be cornered and shamed. 3) Too much office politics which is an unnecessary burden in addition to already cumbersome day to day life. 4) They will keep hostage a big part of your salary so that you have to think twice before leaving this burning hell and choosing between your hard-earned money or piece of mind. 5) This company is running on only one project so it is understandable to obey the client but mostly deadlines are so unrealistic and working conditions are so poor that you will curse every second of your stay here. 6) No learning and growth because of the above-mentioned reasons. 7) Keep changing policies as per their likes, to force employees to stay longer. Obviously, if anyone is joining on the basis of offered terms but changing these terms every now and then is not ethical.

Only best thing is that we get salary in time.

...ke meeting during off working hours - No compensation for the extra time spent - deduct a large chunk of your salary and repay you in the name of bonus - one deducted chunk is paid quarterly and another annually. - If you leave without completing quarter or full year, you get nothing - Poor leadership. People are humiliated and embarrassed sometimes in client meetings as well. - HR hides alot of things - required login hours are 9 hrs 15 minutes which are higher than standard login hours - People were even asked to work from office in pandemic situation. But later they allowed after getting lot of concerns from employees. - No Work life balance. Just work and work - They want to hire machines and not humans
