...firmation but no opportunity to employee who work more then 2years in company. Very bad salary structure and no incentive structure inspite of hardcore sales. No medical benefits to employee who suffer from serious injury during on duty, even manager and colleagues doesn't have manners to look after during hospitalization.

Working at finolex you have surety of job security, work life balance & a good salary. But individual have to compromise on the other benefits like computer devices and daily allowances. Overall great company to work.

...mple There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can not resign

People are good. If you joined in at a good package and are unambitious In life (Ok with doing the same job forever) it's a good organisation to retire from (with 8% to 10% Y-O-Y growth).

Dislikes

Departments have a Governmental attitude and it's a Bureaucratic Organisation. Don't believe in fresh new ideas. The company have monopoly and have a wrong belief system that no one can take their place, Nor they are keep in employee development.
