The policies are exploitative at best. All employees are under pay cuts but we're still made to work 12-14 hour shifts, instead of the official 8 hour work day (11-7). The work life balance is terrible and any request for offs or increments have been shot down.

Dislikes

There's not much to like at all. The senior management thinks they can bully employees into submission. No work benefits are offered and we're made to work on tight deadlines, use our own resources and money, without any reimbursement. There have been no increments for employees in over a year.
