Ethnus can raise salary since this is a time where...cost of living is high..and of course we give oru 100% effort to our work ...labour should be respected

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joins

Few of the quick decisions being taken. And few discussions will happen forever without making any decisions.

The Working culture in Ethnus is have freedom for employees.And every employee will adapt to this culture very easily we can also say that it's employee oriented working conditions.
