It was very worst experience to worked with Espire Infolab, Management is very bad they don't know how to manage project and team, they pressurize the employees to work on weekend and manager's used abusing language and said it's normal, so guys I suggest please don't join that company even they hold the salaries of employees

There is nothing to like as per working at Espire Infolabs. You just have to work nothing exciting in company.

They are worst payment cycle. Change in Increment Date is very common. Salary mostly got delayed. Performance bonus got delayed by 1 years

Nothing, No learning, No growth, No job security, very strict work time. You need to complete 9 hours otherwise you will loose half day salary or Earn leave. Total lala chhaap. Food is terrible.

Job Security is good if you have knowledge. Skill Development and Learning Opportunities are good, but actual implementation of that knowledge is missing.

...gement has no clear Vision & no Career Growth Path is provided to the resources. They pay you good when you join, but YoY increments are not good.

... if you opt out they they will deduct premium in one go with informing employee. Sometimes finance department hold employee salary without informing reason by email or verbally to employee.
