The teammates are good. But no proper training to the freshers.Good salary but there is less hike. Good Work life balance.

There is lot of politics in the company and the management is indeed very poor. Senior persons are given much more priority than junior persons.

No hike, so salary increment, even though you will be working in the company for 10, 12 hrs they will hardly give you 10-12% hike and there are many old people who have been working for 15 20 years, they are literally sitting and doing nothing but getting paid

all the nice things about this organization are gone, situation changes everything

... no major salary hikes, only work and work pressure is increasing exponentially. Almost working for 10-11hours everyday and even on weekends without any extra pay. forcing work from office but there's no space to sit, not enough seating and parking for employees, cutting employee benefit programs, too many lay offs and managed attritions

... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.
