Only positive thing is: Salary will be credit on time. There is no security. Poor communication from HR. They can fire any time, like me. One day i recieved mail that, your formerly resignation has been accepted and your last date will be 31st dec. 2021. When i talked about my resignation. They never replied on my mail.

It is good if you are going in company only not for client location.

Don't choose this company if you are choosen for government project like NIC. Or something else. The real fault is only of client not the company. Don't go for client location.

They fired me, when locked down take place , without any notice or fnf , i didn’t get anything in written or anything from them except a call from hr, saying that management decided to remove you from company , no financial help nothing , worst time , i m living right now without money and job

Nothing good about it no offer letter provided, salaries wasn't on time worked for five months and still my full and final is pending of notice period of 15 days HR Manager dont answer or reply on emails.

I join e solutions in january 2021 The atmosphere is very good of the company company provide support to the candidates for getting bright future. My manager Vikas Srivastav made me learn lots of thing even HE supports me everywhere if i am facing problem in the company. In the covid e solutions provide me work from home till pandemic and my guide me every time.
