Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Nothing, Work culture is not good.. They don't give salary on time. theres no job security. I am a Designer but sometimes used to do merchandiser work too.. Net issue.. No licensed for Corel Draw. Because of their computer my hard disk got cruptted and they promised me of giving me the money for my drive I didn'tgot any money.. and without giving me a proper mail they removed me from their office.. And being a Designer I can put my portfolio on online portfolio websites or show it at the time of interview but they have restrict for that if it is a old season collection also. No bonus for the employee except the tailors.. no incerment. and they have problem to give you leave also.. No salary slip. no canteen.. The boss don't even come to office. they just mail you the work or they watsapp you or just phone call..
