Dolphin Hotels located in a beautiful locality away from the air & sound pollution. Talented are not encouraged, Those who question are not encouraged.

Dislikes

Organisational politics. Career growth is quite slow Management doesn't take employees concerns. Middle management key people are biased with peers. Key people hide facts from the Management which lead the organization to damage to its reputation & damaging to the image of its brand

Dolphin group of hotels a big hotel company in west Bengal. Total 4 nos hotels in the group. Till now I'll spend in this group. This groups m.d is very honest & sweetable person. Overall this is very good hotel group in our hotel industry.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
