Dislikes

Senior management with inflated egos. Product company paying peanuts to talented employees since it is a part of TCS Unnecessary rules and limitations being a part of TCS Forget promotions Your ideas and inputs are mostly ignored because senior management goes by the book. If you have less experience you can't solve big problems. It used to be a focused and product-focused company but now they've lost confidence in their products after changes in upper management.

Dislikes

No employee processes, it takes 3 months to get basic software you need to make designs. over 1000 employees on one HR no attention to internal processes. Lethargic culture.
