In the early years till Jan 2020 it was really good and proud to a part of the company...very good planning of works, timely payments, very good working culture, cooperative superiors with helping hands.,no worries about the job security.

Dislikes

But, after Jan 2020, the situation was vice versa ...situation became so bad...no proper work flow, no working plan, no timely payments, no job security, management mentality is very miser...cheap thinking, no welfare policy for employees and their families.
