nonething to like about it , it is basically a startup company with no proper clients no proper management

i was not even paid my stipend they just make fool of u by saying it is performance based but they dnot have proper managemnt only u will see there are only interns who are running these startup , theree is only one person who has started the startup in small one room kitchen it is not even a proper office and they will say we dnot follow proper office stetup , students or freshers should not join these startup becoz they are not going to learn anything from it , when i joined they did not even had the office they took the office on rent when it was my firest day of internship soo i request u to not to fall to these prey it is an fraud company with too many ideas working on it but with no capital n no clients .

The worst company I have ever worked for. First of all they don’t have any past data about the company and clients. There is only one person who is handling that business and it’s a pure startup with no proper infrastructure and no business plan, he only hires interns to run his company and except from work he’ll tell you all other work like bring tea, milk and other stuff. And whatever data or clients you’ll bring he’ll just tell them to hold. Your work will not we valued over here. He’ll just tell that this company gives stipend on performance basis but I still didn’t get on what scale the performance is measured. So if you get any call from this company plz don’t accept any offer as it is a fully fraudulent company. For support during interview they’ll also tell you that they are the subsidiary company of Viacom18 which is totally false. So don’t fall for their trap.

Completely remote job, no stipend Entire organization runs with interns itself and all are unpaid They will randomly ping you and provide works, no trying is provided you need to learn yourself and complete the work on time Worst part is even though without training, without any team head, mentor, no experience also , they expect your work to be in standards of experienced employee This one is the most important part - " WORST BOSS " I DON'T EVENT THINK IT'S LEGAL COMPANY🤦🏻‍♂️
