Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...tics and no response from management for your queries to welfare of employees. Main part after joining the salary will be on hold for 2 months and from 3rd month salary will be credited but also delayed. Don't believe HR words.

Worst company salaries pending up to 6=7 month always food providing by company and its like prisons

Management like a shop not like companies there is one director guy called Narender barik he is duffer guy he don't know how to handle company he behaving very bad with all staff .
