All system they have . But you can not implement as requirement. Salary average ,But issuing on time and right.Overall company is good , but internal politics lot. Mean so many higher level authority got them own relatives working same projects taking care them self. You can not grow up.They block you some way and make feel same.

All higher authority has own relatives on company. Personally we can not grow our self. You need to know some one. Management not support.Very poor.Top level authority so many employees work long time with the company and keeping same standard. No implementation. Feel like your working 25 year back culture.

But all the top level management staff are from Pakistan. They don't know how to behave their staffs and control. Will not receive the all benefit what company was allocated to us

They gave good support for us but not provide basic salary ,they provide only food and accommodation only.

Working hours very hard ,as per my offer letter they offer salary 12 hrs duty pay on this basis but we were working more than 12 hours but company didn't pay any additional amount
