Everything is is bad. So poor organisation to work with. Toxic work culture is there Vice principal Doesn't know the basic handling way to handle the things. Everytime she is poking her things to everyone's work. No job sequrity is there. They can remove anybody without any prior notification to place their people. Stay back thing is horrible part. No personal life and work life balance. They will make you work like hell. Worst part is the viceprincipal madam and some of her teacher who are making the things worst for serving Most teachers are working here because they are not getting jobs anywhere or they are having some problems. Don't join here.

The only good thing is the brand DPS, that’s it. Rather there nothing like DPS Culture in the school. DPS needs a strong headed principal.

Oh don’t get me started. Don’t fall into trap of they say we will revise your salary, ones you start your job, because they will do it. I have seen people join in with their last drawn salary. The top management is terrible. The directors brings in their extra martial partners to school as employees and they hold most of the power of making decision. The Principal is side tracked by these people. The culture in the school is terrible.

Only thing what is good here is salary paid always in time.

Horrible salary negotiation, horrible management and the most worthless Principal. Principal is just a puppet of management whose job is is to welcome students to school in the morning and switching on & off the lights and fans. Doesn't do any of his official work and make all other people to complete his part of the job and just enjoy his salary. Management seems to be happy though as they can do anything and everything as they wish starting from manipulating income tax of the employees to intervening personal lives as well. And yes icing on the cake is that mostly people working here are either having quality issues who wont get a job anywhere else or trapped in the situation. The kind of permanent letter they give contains terms and conditions of around 4-5 pages where even a single line is not mentioned that the employee is eligible for any kind of any benefits. If somebody goes through that letter will feel like trapped in a cage as a punishment for joining this school. And yes your vacations can be canceled at any time but if you take 1 extra day of leave salary will definitely get deducted. To mention be permanent or adhock or probation you are entitled only for 10 leaves in a year. And yes another is personal life you can never think of. Since the starting of the pandemic the online culture has developed which has given provisions to the school to mandate additional meetings, classes etc. after working hours and on holidays and even vacations (Mind you, you are not eligible for any extra benefits for that.) Coming to the teaching and classroom environment: If you are trying to teach a lesson to a student not crossing the legal boundaries still you are the worst teacher. Why? You should always make question paper in such a way that students should not score less that 60% at any cost as they have paid the fess. So, do not try to teach and uplift their abilities, else you are the worst teacher in the 30 years of carrier of the principal.
