The company provides a good learning experience for any new employee, with good on-the-job training. Also, the work culture is good and friendly.

Dislikes

Firstly, the compensation is below industry average while it is very much unstructured. There is no sense of appreciation for employees and the company doesn't provide any such extra activities which could improve morale (Employee engagement activities are next to zero). The top management is not dynamic and their frame of mind seems to be like a government organisation, where they don't want to grow. Moreover, employee problems are not taken seriously. There is a huge communication gap between managers and their subordinates. Clients are given highest priority, while employee comes at last. There is no scope for foreign/client site visit.

This company provides a good time to learn new things and technologies and get settled in the company. When you join the company you will definitely grow in your knowledge and skill set.

...otiable. 2. Notice period is for 90 days and not negotiable for a single day. 3. Salary and compensation are very very less and poor. 4. Company claims the 5 days of the week but you need to work Saturday and Sunday too and they are not providing overtime allowances. 5. Night Shift allowances are very less and it is based on your CTC. Recommend to not join this company if you want a better salary, good work-life balance and compensation.
