a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

It was pathetic working there. I will truly suggest to think twice and consult as many people as possible before joining this company. The people there are really good but every single person is unhappy working there. The management in the company is the worst ever management I have seen in my life. Again ask as many people as possible who actually worked there before.

Dislikes

There is no standard way of submission. Noone cares about quality, learning, work life balance there. The higher management people don't care who you are, what you do. It was really pathetic working there.

Only good thing about Dar is exposure to international projects and it's location(pune). If you prefer location only as pune then this is the only company

Dislikes

Too pathetic work culture, dictatorship attitude. Too much over time, work on weekends . Office politics is also high.
