No diversity and every type of discrimination you are going to face. Neither you would know what you doing neither any training & development and as per position also you are going to face discrimination. Yes if you are unemployed then it's better then nothing.

Working culture really toxic there . Everyone will treat you as per position. And you are going listen every day that you are third party pay roll employee. You won't get this and this and neither you can participate in this .. even some office facilities you are not going to get if you are third party employee.

Daikin Japanese culture is very good, a lot of discipline is seen here and the special thing is that there is no discrimination between senior and junior here.

It's is very interesting to learn about the daikin air conditioning, it's contains so many department like, out door unit(odu), in door unit(idu), paint shop, MACHERINEY, injection moulding, in one company we can learn all about this..
